Die analoge Fotoarbeit La Poesia (amore buio) nimmt Betrachter:innen mit auf eine Reise in die Tiefen der Dunkelkammer.
Auf den Bildern sind die Anfänge von vier verschiedenen Kleinbild-Filmstreifen zu sehen, Momente, in denen die Kamera lichtdicht wird und Licht und Dunkelheit erstmals aufeinandertreffen. Der Übergang zeigt ein Spiel zwischen Licht und Dunkelheit, das den Ursprung jeder fotografischen Erzählung markiert.
Begleitet von dem Satz „all’inizio è sempre più bianco, tutto il resto è già poesia“ verweist die Serie auf die fragile Poetik des Anfangs: das Belichtete und Unbelichtete finden erste Berührungspunkte an der Schwelle, bevor ein Bild Gestalt annimmt. Die Hängung selbst zeigt das Aufspulen des Films.
Jeder Filmanfang ist ein Raum voller Möglichkeiten.

The analogue photographic work La Poesia (amore buio) takes viewers on a journey into the depths of the darkroom.
The images show the beginnings of four different 35mm film strips, moments when the camera becomes light-tight and light and darkness meet for the first time. The transition shows an interplay between light and darkness that marks the origin of every photographic narrative.
Accompanied by the sentence ‘all‘inizio è sempre più bianco, tutto il resto è già poesia’ (at the beginning it is always whiter, everything else is already poetry), the series refers to the fragile poetics of the beginning: the exposed and unexposed find their first points of contact at the threshold before an image takes shape. The hanging itself shows the process of winding the film.
Every beginning of a film is a space full of possibilities.
